Anxiety and Agoraphobia Support Group – ASPIRE2

This group is now renamed ASPIRE2 and has relocated to Bowhaven User-Run Mental Health Centre, Bow Community Hall, William Place, off Roman Road, London E3 5ED. Activities are organized by its members.

ASPIRE2 meet every Mondays to reflect on day-to-day life and emotions and discuss coping strategies for challenging life-experiences. The group is facilitated by a longstanding member.
